The Constructing Excellence Demonstrations Programme was established in 1998 and has proven to be an excellent vehicle for the capture and dissemination of best practice knowledge in the built environment sector.
Demonstration projects are live construction projects that are innovating or applying an element of best practice that it is hoped will lead to a step-change in performance for the participating organisations.

Sustainability is one of the key themes of the Demonstrations Programme, and projects within this theme demonstrate best practice or innovation in sustainability, be that social, economic or environmental sustainability.
