Jon was responsible for the initial drafting of the Strategic Forum's 2012 Construction Commitments and has led within Constructing Excellence on development of the associated Tracker diagnostic. He has been with the organisation for five years, prior to which time he was at CIRIA where he was involved in managing the Construction Productivity Network. He began his built environment sector career at Anglian Water.

Zoe has been with Constructing Excellence for three and a half years. Her main area of responsibility is managing the Members' Sustainability group which consists of representatives from all sectors of the industry and all parts of the supply chain. Zoe managed a climate change awareness project, Climate Challenge Now! and provides support for the CoRE programme which encourages sites to measure and manage their site waste, as well as piloting a site waste take-back scheme with a leading builders merchant. Prior to joining the Sustainability team, Zoe was Senior Policy Officer for the Housing Forum, where she was involved in the delivery of large projects for the Housing Corporation and ConstructionSkills.
