Wilson James are working closely with Constructing Excellence, Transport for London to further evaluate and measure the benefits of using a consolidation centre. Several key performance indicators have been developed and are interrogated on a frequent basis to help build a better picture of social, economic and environmental gains from using the consolidation centre process. Results of this work will be freely available to the construction industry generally and will be published on completion of the pilot study.
