Introduction to KPIzone

KPIzone is the home to the UK Construction Industry Key Performance Indicators. These KPIs are published each year by Constructing Excellence using performance data collected from across the UK construction sector under a contract with the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).

Using KPIzone

KPIzone is a fully integrated program that allows users to access detailed information on over 300 UK Key Performance Indicators, measure performance and benchmark against national data.

All KPIs are accompanied by their definition, methods of measurement, data collection forms and examples. Many of the KPIs also have graphs showing the long-term trends in the UK industry over up to ten years.

New to KPIs

Within the system there is a 7 Step Tutorial that takes you through the methods and benefits of using KPIs. Advice is also given in how to decide which KPI to use, how to collect and manage your data, as well as how to report your results. The KPIzone 7 Step Tutorial will help you complete each step and guide you in management reporting.
