Set up KPIs, targets and benchmarks quickly and easily to meet Code for Sustainable Homes requirements.
*Approved by BRE for compliance with the Code for Sustainable Homes.
There are a thousand things to do to meet the demands of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The Code for Sustainable Homes KPI Toolkit from Constructing Excellence is a simple and efficient way of measuring and benchmarking:
Using Excel which is commonly available on projects, the Toolkit can be set up within minutes to start monitoring the project – which is important to achieve credits under the Code.
The Toolkit contains all data and formulae needed to:
Microsoft Excel 2003. You can save your file as a later version. If you require a version in an earlier version, please email us.
Yes, but be aware the current version contains all the latest benchmark data. New versions will be issued (usually in June each year) to update the Toolkit with the latest data. We recommend you purchase a new Toolkit every year to get the benefits from the latest enhancements. Please don’t pass the Toolkit on to other users as this infringes copyrights, and makes it harder to keep the price as low as possible.
Once you have placed an order, you will be able to download the Toolkit from the Constructing Excellence website, together with the booklet Guidance on the selection and use of Key Performance Indicators.
The spreadsheets are all security protected to prevent improper use. However, if the Toolkit does not meet the needs of your particular project, email us and we will see what we can do.
Just email us and we will provide the help you need to set up your Toolkit. If you want help on the Code for Sustainable Homes, you need to contact BRE.
Certainly! Download an order form, complete it and send your cheque to Constructing Excellence. Once we’ve received it, we will email you with the Toolkit and guidance booklet.
Using this tool doesn't automatically ensure compliance with Code requirements but it does make much easier the developer's task of setting targets, measuring performance and producing information to displ on site. The Code assessor is still required to assess whether or not the developer has met Code requirements, but the task of assessing issues where the KPI benchmarks and/or monitoring are required will be simpler.
