If you are returning items because they are damaged or defective or an error on our part, we will refund the delivery charges incurred by you in returning the items to us as well as the cost of the items themselves. Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Code before sending the items back to us and clearly mark your package with this.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order for any item or service purchased from this website and receive a refund as long as you tell us within a seven day cooling-off period. Refunds will be made by cheque within 30 days of receiving the returned items or of you telling us that you want to cancel your subscription. Goods should be returned to Constructing Excellence, Warwick House, 25 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0PP.
You must email, fax or write to us within seven working days following the day after delivery quoting your order number and telling us that you want to cancel. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code, which should be clearly displayed on your package. You must return goods to us in good condition complete with all relevant packaging and at your own cost.
If you don't tell us within seven working days of the day after delivery we do not have to accept a return of unwanted goods unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must email us or write to use within seven days following the day the order was made quoting your order number and telling us that you want to cancel. We will then deactivate your subscription and refund the subscription fee.
