A Fair Payments Guide for the public sector is to be launched by the Office for Government Commerce (OGC) next month. The guide is the product of a Government and pan industry working party to which the LGTF was an active contributor. The LGTF is delighted to be associated with the final product and urges Local Authorities to adopt the recommendations of the guide as the minimum requirements for all payments relating to their construction related activities.
