Enabling Technologies, published by BSRIA with support from IT Construction Best Practice (now The IT Construction Forum) look at a range of mobile technologies for use on construction projects. They can be downloaded once you have registered on this site.

Directors' Briefings were originally published by Construction Best Practice (now Constructing Excellence) in 2003 and 2004 but they supply general guidance, much of which is still relevant and useful especially to small and medium-sized construction firms. You do not need to register to download these guides.

How to... guides were originally published by ConstructIT with IT Construction Best Practice (now The IT Construction Forum). We list details on this site and you can download the guides, plus a self-assessment tool, from the Construct IT site.

You can also download a number of free guides on a range of IT topics first published by organisations such as UK Online for Business, Construction Confederation, CITE (Construction Industry Trading Electronically), BSRIA and TRADA. You will find information on other guides with contact details. Where there is a cost we will usually try to negotiate a special offer discount for our subscribing members.
