The Be annual conference was a showcase of our ideas. This year it featured the launch of a major research project led by Business Vantage entitled "Equal Partners 2: Customer and supplier alignment in public sector construction". The purpose is to consider framework agreements in the public and private sectors, how are they delivering in practice and what does the future hold? A series of client presentations was followed by supply side reflections, all building up to a serious debate about the next steps for the industry and its major frame-working clients collectively.
