Guide to use

Clarity

The documentation is written in plain English and without the verbiage found in many of the existing standard forms of construction contract. The intention is that the contract can be quickly read and understood by all participants, not simply their lawyers. Some lawyers may find many of their touchstone wording to be missing. However the primary aim has been to focus on expressing how the parties are to make the project work, not on how lawyers and judges may interpret individual provisions in the event of a dispute.
