Private Finance Inititive
HBG has been involved in the Private Finance Initiative since its inception. We have created a separate and dedicated business purely responsible for securing and operating PFI contracts. We have already completed a wide range of projects on this basis in health, education, law and order and the commercial sector.
Facilities Management
We never forget that many of the buildings we create are someones workplace and that a well managed working environment ensures people are happier in their work and consequently more productive.
Our service is designed to provide all of the traditional FM services such as cleaning, catering, security and building maintenance. We can also provide advice on facility related legislative issues, evaluation and benchmarking.
