Why become a Demonstration?

Those that participate in the Demonstration Programme generally identify two crucial benefits to participating. Constructing Excellence appreciates the input made by Demonstration Projects and recognises that there must be benefits to those that get involved.

Firstly there are the marketing and PR advantages that participating in the process can bring. To this end we work closely with Constructing Excellence's PR agency to raise the profile of projects that participate in the Demonstration Programme. Constructing Excellence will:

The second benefit of the process that Demonstrations regularly identify is that of the opportunity to participate in a learning and sharing network. In order to facilitate this we are in the process of setting up a Knowledge Management system which will enable similar Demonstrations to share best practice with one another online as well as, where possible, bringing Demonstrations together at events or workshops.


In addition, Demonstration Projects, year on year, outperform the rest of the industry in the annual reporting of Key Performance Indicators. It is noted that organisations that regularly participate in demonstration activities have achieved:
