Club History:
The Staffordshire Club launch was held on the 18th January 2001. Maggie Molloy who previously worked as Marketing Manager for the Construction Best Practice Programme gave a presentation on the Programme and its aims. The event was very well attended by around 60 people, with membership of approximately 20 construction professionals.

Since the launch, activities have included:

• Partnering - presented by Jenny Morgan FEFC and Safety by Joe Cairns of UCATT.
  
• Connect for Better Business - Claire Keegan from Winning Moves
  
• Launch of a Site Safety Campaign across North Staffordshire which will enable operatives to own the safety culture and management of their sites, focusing on zero as the target for accidents.
  
• Future events will be built around a series of working groups focusing on local projects
