The Government is looking for savings of 20% from construction by 2015

BEST East is a proven programme with part grant aid that helps supply chains better understand how to save cost, time, waste and carbon to win more bids and deliver better client and company results.

Supply chain lead organisations who wish to develop their supply chain may be entitled to a 30% grant towards any help given providing the SMEs receive the assistance free.

Constructing Excellence Awards

Run in the East of England for the first time this year, be one of the first to win an award in the region.

Application may be made through a club or direct to the Region. Completed applications required by end of June. For more information see the application click.

Demonstration Programme

Relaunched in the East of England with a new twist.

Projects that demonstrate they have set a benchmark are sought. Benchmarks might be for saving cost, time, waste, carbon, operating cost and life cycle costs. Applicants must be prepared to share the functional specification, the benchmark, evidence for setting a benchmark, together with what was different that made achieving the benchmark possible.
