The Housing Forum launches its new Partnering Toolkit - How Successful Social Housing Clients Partner
This toolkit includes the elements of successful partnering in social housing identified from the Housing Forum demonstrations portfolio. It is a practical web based toolkit - an easy to use reference
and guide for all social housing clients to assist in Decent Homes and Sustainable Community objectives and targets.
The essential elements of partnering are addressed in the toolkit under three main sections :
Getting Started - The Pre-conditions for Successful Partnering
Working as a Successful Partnering Team
Doing it even better - Continuous Improvement
The toolkit is currently a 'grey site' and we would like everyone to go into it and try it out. Let us know what you think, whether you encounter any problems, what you like or dislike, how user friendly you find it etc. The beauty of a web based toolkit means that it constantly evolves and changes can be made very quickly.
Each element of the toolkit is linked to actual examples in demonstration projects and to literature and resources to provide further and fuller guidance.
Go to www.constructingexcellence.org.uk - register (if you haven't already) then click on Sectors/Housing Forum and Toolkit.
We need your feedback.
