THE 2005 KPI MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME ...
... kicked off at the Leeds Ramada Hotel on 2 Feb with 35 delegates attending. Martin Print and Bob Packham hosted the Masterclass, assisted by Emma Bricknell (facilitator & pupil). Presentations were given by Matthew Baxter (Impartlinks) and Anthony John Eaton (Connaught Property Services). There was positive feedback on this informative day.

Valuable Experiences to Share
Constructing Excellence draws your attention to a series of events on the theme of "Integrated Teams: Delivering Client Value". Happening over the next couple of months in Peterborough, Leeds & Newcastle, they will present examples of projects which show how early involvement of manufacturers and suppliers resulted in improved quality and reduced costs.

Measuring Excellence
In April, Constructing Excellence will launch an exciting free quarterly magazine "Measuring Excellence". Aimed at spreading knowledge and best practice in the area of benchmarking, measurement and performance improvement, "Measuring Excellence" will carry articles on client policy, how organisations are benefiting from the use of KPIs and benchmarking, and the latest products and services to help establish and maintain an effective, measured performance improvement programme. It will be available in hard copy and online.
