The new online measuring tool is now available. Users buy 'scorecards' to benchmark performance against any of the national KPI data sets. Performance data is entered via a standard internet browser and the analysis is delivered straight to the desktop. Remember the new Constructing Excellence website has a number of special zones compiled to answer your needs:
People Zone Take the time to devise, implement and develop a Human Resources operation to fit your business and reap the benefits. People Zone shows you how.
Client Zone aims to help clients through the construction procurement process, from verifying their need for a construction project through to reviewing the success of a completed project. Clients are signposted to resources to help them through the process, depending on their experience as a client and whether they are public or private sector.
Action Zone helps companies find out about opportunities for action, identify the best one for them and then provide support for them to take action.
Logistics Zone aims to provide a point of reference for the growing interest in this topic and to promote the efficient and safe flow of construction materials and equipment from supply chains to projects.
KPI Zone gives you rapid access to Key Performance Indicators for the Construction Industry and easy access to the main UK based benchmarking organisations. Use the unique search facility to retrieve performance graphs, charts and toolkits to measure and improve your performance.
