Four no-jargon workshops Introduction to Performance Measurement, to be held at BSRIA's new Bracknell office on 10th February and at FETA's offices in Medmenham on 18th February; and Introduction to Customer Satisfaction (2nd March at BSRIA Bracknell, 18th March at Esca House, London) provide basic no-frills information for smaller companies needing to know how-to-get-started on these important subjects.
