Welcome to Constructing Excellence E-News. Constructing Excellence is the new organisation formed by the merger of Construction Best Practice and Rethinking Construction. Constructing Excellence will take forward the improvement principles developed to date and focus on further boosting the industry's productivity and competitiveness, with backing from the construction industry and the DTi.

THE CONSTRUCTING EXCELLENCE WEBSITE
The transition to Constructing Excellence has reached a key point: the new website is live and provides a single point of entry for all the previous Rethinking Construction organisations including Construction Best Practice, Housing Forum, Local Government Task Force and the Movement for Innovation. We still have plenty of work to do on the content, of course, but it's well underway. New site »
PAY AS YOU MEASURE
The new online service from Constructing Excellence that makes measuring KPIs and producing performance graphs easy will be launched in February. Watch this space. View Details »
KPI CASE STUDIES
A fresh series of case studies covering a range of clients, contractors, a consultant as well as large and small organisations, shows that benefits can be significant where there is real commitment to using performance measurement in a supportive partnership environment. View Details »
Four New Constructing Excellence in Building Services Workshops - BOOK NOW
Four no-jargon workshops ­ Introduction to Performance Measurement, to be held at BSRIA's new Bracknell office on 10th February and at FETA's offices in Medmenham on 18th February; and Introduction to Customer Satisfaction (2nd March at BSRIA Bracknell, 18th March at Esca House, London) ­ provide basic no-frills information for smaller companies needing to know how-to-get-started on these important subjects.
