Our prospectus for 2004-6, launched at the Strategic Forum's first anniversary on 9th December, sets out how Constructing Excellence will achieve its mission by influencing Government in the formulation of policy, by working with the key stakeholder groups and by catalysing the implementation of innovative processes, strategic business improvement, advanced systems and state of the art technologies. THE RESULTS OF THE PILOT PHASE OF CLIP (Construction Lean Improvement Programme)
have been launched. They show how construction contractors successfully used CLIP to achieve up to 40% improvements in quality cost and delivery. View Details

TWO MORE ZONES - hot on the tail of LogisticsZone last month, we have now launched
PeopleZone highlights the people issues in the construction industry and provides information on how to approach them.

ClientZone aims to help clients through the construction procurement process, from verifying their need for a construction project through to reviewing the success of a completed project.
