Welcome to Constructing Excellence CBP E-News - Constructing Excellence is the new organisation formed by the merger of Construction Best Practice and Rethinking Construction. Constructing Excellence will take forward the improvement principles developed to date and focus on further boosting the industry's productivity and competitiveness, with backing from the construction industry and the DTi.
