CBPP To Introduce New KPI Implementation Service
Many organisations want to implement Key Performance Indicators within their business but lack the resources to do it. The CBPP is introducing a new KPI Implementation service which will provide organisations with a system to measure and report a fixed number of KPIs in a fixed time, at a fixed price. Construction Lean Improvement Programme (CLIP)
The new CBPP initiative aimed at introducing new leaner working practices into the Construction Industry continues to go well. Significant improvements are continuing to emerge from this pilot, including reductions in work phase time achieved by tooling and layout changes, and increases in work done per gang per day.Further information
