Monthly Focus CBPP publishes its first Best Practice Supply Profile This Profile features the supply network integration delivered by Mace Solutions. Mace Solutions is engaged as one of BAA's Fit Out suppliers on the three London Airports. The Profile reviews the business integration that Mace Solutions has developed with its suppliers on this fit outwork. It highlights the perceptions of a range of companies that are involved, and identifies what has made this supply chain a success. View Profile CBPP To Introduce New KPI Implementation Service Many organisations want to implement Key Performance Indicators within their business but lack the resources to do it. The CBPP is introducing a new KPI Implementation service which will provide organisations with a system to measure and report a fixed number of KPIs in a fixed time, at a fixed price. So if you are under pressure to introduce KPIs in your company, on your next project or to meet the new ISO 9000 requirements, why not register your interest in the new service now and we will contact you to discuss your requirements. To register your Interest Construction Lean Improvement Programme (CLIP) The new CBPP initiative aimed at introducing new leaner working practices into the Construction Industry continues to go well. Significant improvements are continuing to emerge from this pilot, including reductions in work phase time achieved by tooling and layout changes, and increases in work done per gang per day.Further information
