For more information and to view a copy of the 'Quick Guide to ISO 9001- 2000' Click Here Second Series of 'Learning By Doing' Workshops - Starts September 2002 Delegates give enthusiastic feedback on first series of workshops: KPIs - 85% commented that the workshop was helpful, using phrases such as: "It gave me confidence to start", "Helped me to understand KPIs", "The workshop de-mystified KPIs" and, "I liked the Keep it Simple message - it was helpful" Leading a Team - "An excellent balance, involving theory and practical exercises which can be implemented back in the workplace" Best Value and Construction Procurement - "The most informative training day I've attended on this subject"... The majority of delegates had taken some positive action after the workshops, including embarking on Pilot Studies, implementing the KPIs on new contracts and communicating within the company, (e.g. reports on the subject to seek board approval to progress).
