On 6th May Constructing Excellence's KPI consultant Martin Print will be running his second marathon and is confident he can beat his last year's time of 5 hours 45 minutes - which, according to Martin, "was a record for staying on my feet, if nothing else!"
"The reason I am running 26 miles is to help some of Africa's thousands of orphans and street children. The event is the 2nd Orpington Mara*fun which I am also helping to organise."

"Would you be willing to sponsor me? The money I raise will go to support young men like Joseph Karanja (pictured). Two years ago, he was living on the streets in Kenya. He was taken into the Sunshine Home and went on a training course. Today, he is earning a wage as a tailor and can make a school uniform shirt in 40 minutes!"

"The charity I help run - Footsteps International -supports the Sunshine Home which cares for 69 street boys. So, if you are able to support my Mara*fun effort, your donation will help make a lasting difference to the lives of many young people. My target this year is to exceed the fantastic £3,500 you helped me raise last year."
