New Guide from Constructing Excellence Task Group on how to maintain collaboration during the industry downturn
The Constructing Excellence Collaborative Working Champions Task Group have produced a new, simple guide on how to maintain collaboration during the industry downturn.
The Guide highlights that our industry is faced with a stark choice. In the current climate we could either turn our back on eleven years of industry improvement and revert to the bad of old ways of lowest cost tendering and cost and time overruns or we can continue to work collaboratively (and hopefully get better at it).
