Set up KPIs, targets and benchmarks quickly and easily to meet Code for Sustainable Homes requirements.

Constructing Excellence is delighted to launch a new tool to help projects select and use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The Code for Sustainable Homes and associated Technical Guide refer to the use of KPIs. The KPIs referred to in the Code and Technical Guide come from the UK Construction Industry KPIs which have been published each year since 1999 by Constructing Excellence

The Constructing Excellence Code for Sustainable Homes KPI Toolkit, developed in partnership with BRE, provides a straightforward way to set up a data collection and performance measurement system for a project. The tool contains the functionality to measure the following KPIs:

Access to the tool will be free for Constructing Excellence members and at a cost of £110 + VAT for non-members.
