Strategic Review of Egan Report

2008 was the tenth anniversary of the publication of "Rethinking Construction" (the "Egan Report"). A number of "Egan" reform initiatives were established as a result of the report which are now together in one entity, Constructing Excellence.

Constructing Excellence felt that it would be timely to conduct a major review of the achievements of the last ten years to inform the ongoing improvement agenda for the built environment sector. The aim of the review is to produce a definitive statement of the future industry improvement agenda for leading edge organisations.

The review will be led a small, high level group of senior industry figures. The members of the group are listed on the Core Review Group and Meetings page.
