Constructing Excellence is leading industry improvement. It is at the hub of the built environment industry, and works closely with government, strategic partners, firms and industry organisations to shape the future of the industry and drive improvement.
Constructing Excellence members have the chance to take an active role in shaping the industry's strategic direction. You will have the opportunity to access key influencers; stand for election to our strategy setting Council; and formulate the agenda for the industry.

- Annual meeting with governement minister to discuss industry improvement
- A conduit to government, client organisations and other key bodies to inluence policy

- Fully influence the formation of future policy at regular member forums and conferences
- All members are eligible to stand in the annual elections to the member forum boards and Constructing Excellence Council
