Constructing Excellence Clubs
Setting Up A Club
Clubs are usually initiated by a relatively small number of people who then persuade others that the formation of a club would be of benefit to them all. When there is early enthusiasm to establish a club, it is important to capitalise on this and move things forward quickly.
Why set up a Constructing Excellence Club?
Getting involved in running a club will offer you the opportunity to improve your efficiency, quality and competitiveness.
- Gives you an opportunity to network in your local construction community and improve your business performance.

- Club members will have the privilege of hearing and experiencing new toolkits and publications before the rest of the construction industry
- Special membership offers for CE workshops including CE partner workshops will be available exclusively to club members

How to set up a Constructing Excellence Club
Typically most clubs go through the following steps:
- One person becomes interested in setting up a club. They contact the CE National Club Manager of their local CE Regional Partner to discuss the idea of setting up a local club. They then speak to a few of their local contacts to discuss the idea informally.
- Everyone agrees that it's a good idea to proceed and a meeting is called. There are two approaches to the launch meeting you may to adopt:
- Business Launch Meeting
- Full Club Launch Meeting
