Don joined Constructing Excellence in April 2005 when BE merged and stepped up from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive in January 2007. He has over twenty years' experience of best practice in the construction industry, specialising in industry change, supply chain integration and collaborative working. Over the last eleven years he has become one of the leading figures in the UK construction industry "reform movement", having set up and led a number of related initiatives.
