A critical deliverable for Constructing Excellence is to improve the performance of the UK construction industry through the provision and transfer of knowledge in support of continous improvement, by:

• Improving the productivity of individual companies
• Improving the overall competitiveness of the UK construction industry compared to its international competitors
• Improving the overall competitiveness of the construction industry compared to other UK market sectors
• Improving the quality of construction and built environment assets
• Increasing the value for money provided by the industry for its clients and the wider community

Our Network

Constructing Excellence is supported in delivering its agenda through an extensive network of 12 regional partners and 36 local Constructing Excellence Clubs.

We also run The IT Construction Forum; are closely aligned with the Sustainabulity Forum and have strong links with key bodies in the built environment sector.
