| Members' Task Groups | Constructing Excellence runs a series of Task Groups for members on emerging issues for the sector. These Groups are designed to generate new knowledge for the benefit of all members and are an excellent networking opportunity. |
| National Platform for the Built Environment | Constructing Excellence provides the secretariat for The National Platform for the Built Environment -an industry-led group focused on promoting strategic research to industry and wider stakeholders. An industry survey in early 2006 which identified three priority areas for the UK's Strategic Research Agenda:

| Modern Built Environment KTN | Constructing Excellence supports the work of the Modern Built Environment Knowledge Transfer Network. The Network aims to bring together organisations that make up the supply chains active in the built environment, such as businesses (suppliers and clients), universities, research and technology organisations, the finance community and government departments and agencies. These organisations are brought together in order to take part inactivities aimed at enabling the exchange of knowledge and stimulating innovation across the built environment. It's focus is the research agenda for 0 to 5 years hence. |
